WEDDING AT THE MEEKERMARK

Dara and Stephen are officially the new Mr. and Mrs. Alberico! They were recently married at The Meekermark, a gorgeous venue located in Magnolia, TX. All of Dara and Stephen’s friends and family came from out of town to celebrate them, so it was an extra special day. Dara and Stephen have such fun personalities that complement each other so well, and it was an absolute joy photographing THEIR joy on their wedding day!

The day started with Dara and her bridesmaids getting ready in the adorable downstairs bridal suite. I could tell they were already having a fun and laid back day before I arrived! They popped open some champagne for a toast before Dara slipped into her perfect dress. Meanwhile, Stephen was getting ready in the groomsmen loft upstairs. The whole morning was filled with sweet moments, like letter readings, surprise gifts to parents, and a First Look with the Father of the Bride. Soon enough, it was time for everyone to get lined up for the ceremony!

The ceremony took place outside at the incredible open-air chapel. We had the most beautiful weather and sunshine on Dara and Stephen’s wedding day, so the outdoor ceremony couldn’t have been more perfect. The ceremony site was decorated with pops of color in the form of beautiful floral arrangements by Flower Vibes. Dara linked arms with her mom and dad when it was time to walk down the aisle, and she was beaming with excitement the entire way! Dara and Stephen read each other meaningful handwritten vows- giggles and all! It was so much fun hearing them promise forever to each other in a way that highlighted so many special aspects of their relationship. Everyone cheered when they were announced as Mr. and Mrs. Alberico!!

SPRING WEDDING RECEPTION

After the ceremony, we had the chance to walk around the property for bride + groom photos. We had the best time photographing their newlywed glow before making our way to the reception! The reception featured a stunning head table that was dripping with florals and candlelight, and everything down to the small citrus details were perfectly placed by the team at Tammy’s Table. Dara and Stephen made their Grand Entrance into the reception as The Royal Dukes Band played in the background.

Dara and Stephen shared their First Dance before enjoying a delicious meal and cutting their cake. Their cake table was covered with florals and featured three separate cakes. I still can’t get over how pretty it was! Guests enjoyed a fun gelato cart outside on the patio and an energetic dance floor. Later in the evening, they were surprised with a late night snack of mini sliders catered by Cafe Natalie. It was such a fun celebration ending with Stephen and Dara (in her “Mrs. Alberico”pearl-studded denim jacket) running through sparklers to their exit car.

Mr. and Mrs. Alberico, it has been so much fun documenting your wedding journey and getting to know you both! We wish you all of the love and happiness in the world as you continue your journey as husband and wife!
