Iron Manor Wedding | Morgan + Griffin

IRON MANOR WEDDING

Morgan and Griffin are married!! It was so much fun seeing these two tie the knot! I photographed Morgan’s sister’s wedding a couple years back, so it was extra special capturing even more sweet memories for her family! Morgan and Griffin’s wedding took place at Iron Manor, an industrial chic venue located in Montgomery, Texas. Everything from the chapel cross to the centerpieces was adorned with beautiful flowers and gold accents. It was the perfect decor for a chilly winter day!

I had the privilege of taking Morgan’s bridal portraits a few weeks before the wedding which made me even more excited for the wedding day! Morgan is such a stunning bride and looked absolutely flawless in her perfect gown and hair and makeup done by Sunny Hair and Makeup. When it was time for Morgan to get dressed, her mom and sister helped her put on her dress, veil, and accessories. Soon after, they were all holding back tears as Morgan’s dad came in the room to see her for the first time that day! Afterwards, Morgan did a fun bridesmaids reveal with her girls, and I loved seeing their reactions to Morgan as a BRIDE!

HOUSTON WEDDING CEREMONY

We took bridal party portraits before the ceremony, and I was so impressed how the girls braved the low temperatures. (Anything for great photos, right?!) The venue has so many great photo spots with its breathtaking architecture as the focal point. Before we knew it, it was time for Morgan to walk down the aisle to her groom! The ceremony took place in the large chapel space, and it was absolutely beautiful with a string quartet playing in the background. Guests tossed petals at Morgan and Griffin as they made their way back down the aisle as husband and wife!

After some fun bride and groom photos in the gardens and courtyard, the new Mr. and Mrs. Taylor made their grand entrance into the reception! They shared their First Dance as the Royal Dukes Band played, and then they danced with their parents as well. As the night went on, guess enjoyed live music, cake, and even a sweet treat from Amy’s Ice Cream. We even snuck outside later in the evening for some nighttime bride + groom photos. If you look closely, you can see rain starting to fall in the background! To end the exciting night, Morgan and Griffin ran through a sea of sparklers to their getaway car.

Congratulations again, Mr. and Mrs. Taylor! It was so wonderful being a part of your wedding day and capturing the most special memories for y’all!
