Kathy and Chris got married at The Carriage House in Conroe, TX. It’s a gorgeous venue on the inside and outside. The ceremony and reception both took place indoors and looked gorgeous against the wood paneled architecture. There were fresh flowers, garland, and coral accents scattered throughout. I overheard Kathy say that she loved how everything came together so well, and I couldn’t agree more!

The whole day was not only beautiful but also filled with emotion. There were a lot of happy tears that were cried! Kathy teared up reading the sentimental letter that Chris wrote her before the ceremony. It was accompanied by a stunning pearl necklace that she put on right in time to walk down the aisle. Kathy’s dad and Chris got choked up when they saw Kathy in her dress for the first time. Needless to say, it was amazing to see the love that surrounded the newlyweds from start to finish.

Kathy and Chris opted to do an indoor ceremony, and their intuition was spot-on because it started raining shortly after the ceremony ended! However, they didn’t let the rain phase them- the party must go on!! Everyone worked together to adapt to the change in the weather, and the rain ended up creating some special moments that wouldn’t have otherwise happened. We snuck outside during the reception to take some photos with umbrellas, and the images we captured are some of my favorite ever! Two people in love, kissing in the rain under an umbrella as the reception lights glow from inside. LOVE! Then, guests encircled Kathy and Chris on the dance floor as they shared their last dance.

Kathy and Chris, it has been such a joy working with the two of you for the past year. I’m so excited to see what’s in store for you as you begin this new chapter as Mr. and Mrs. O’Bryan!
