Kalie and Seth are officially Mr. and Mrs. Tate! Their Sandlewood Manor wedding took place last weekend on the most beautiful spring day. The entire Manor House, from the staircase to the mantle, was decorated with gorgeous pink flowers which created a “wow” factor from the moment guests walked in! The sun was shining as the girls spent the morning getting ready in the upstairs bridal suite with an amazing outdoor balcony.

When it was time to get dressed, Kalie looked absolutely stunning in her perfect gown and grandmother’s pearls! Once dressed, Kalie did a fun bridesmaids reveal with her girls, and everyone was squealing at how gorgeous she looked in her dress! Then, she shared a First Look with her dad downstairs by the staircase before exchanging letters and gifts with Seth. Without seeing each other, they shared a private moment on the porch, and you could just tell how excited they were to see each other down the aisle in a few more minutes!

The ceremony took place in the on-site chapel which featured grand chandeliers and gorgeous architecture. Kalie’s grand entrance was absolutely breathtaking! She walked down the aisle wearing a blusher veil as a trumpeter played in the background. Seth had a huge smile on his face when Kalie met him at the end of the aisle! The ceremony was filled with live worship music and prayer, and it was officiated by Kalie’s uncle which made it even more special. Everybody cheered as the happy couple was announced as the new Mr. and Mrs. Tate!!

HOUSTON WEDDING RECEPTION

After the ceremony, we took wedding party and bride + groom portraits all around the property. Sandlewood Manor is such a picturesque venue, and we loved utilizing all of the beautiful photo spots right before sunset! Meanwhile, guests enjoyed an indoor and outdoor cocktail hour at the Manor House. They sipped on wine as they strolled between the different rooms in the house which featured cocktail musicians, an outdoor bar, and more. When it was time for the reception to begin, guests made their way to the ballroom which featured statement centerpieces, custom menus, and a gorgeous cake display. Kalie and Seth made their grand entrance into the reception, and then everyone enjoyed a seated dinner as the band played.

As the evening went on, Kalie and Seth shared their First Dance which had them both smiling and laughing as they spun around the dance floor! The Father of the Bride, Maid of Honor, and Best Man all toasted the newlyweds, and then the dance floor was officially opened! Light up flower crowns and glow sticks were handed out, and the dance floor stayed packed all night long! At one point, the band was even on the dance floor leading guests in a fun conga line all around the ballroom. Talk about a fun party! At the end of the night, Kalie and Seth shared one last dance together before running through a sea of sparklers outside of the glowing Manor House to their getaway car.
