Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Diaz! Erica and Kevin’s beautiful November wedding took place at Boxwood Manor, and it was a stunning day filled with lush florals and modern black and white details. Boxwood Manor has quickly become one of our favorite Houston wedding venues with its grand architecture and clean aesthetic. The naturally lit indoor chapel made the perfect backdrop for wedding party photos while acting as a refuge from the rain that day!

From the very start of the day, I could tell how much thought and care went into all of the details of Erica and Kevin’s wedding. From the invitation suite branded with an “EK” logo down to custom cuff links, it was evident that Erica and Kevin wanted their wedding day to truly reflect them as a couple. Erica also made sure to spend time with some of her favorite people on her wedding day. After she got dressed with the help of her mom, she shared special First Looks with her dads and her son. Everyone was in awe when they saw her in her gorgeous long sleeved gown! Shortly afterwards, Erica and Kevin saw each other for the first time that day in the candlelit chapel. Kevin had the biggest smile on his face when he saw his bride-to-be. Then, they shared private vows with each other and both couldn’t contain their excitement!

The ceremony took place in the chapel right before sunset. Erica and Kevin said “I do” with a breathtaking floral arch and wooden cross in the background. The officiant shared snippets of their love story that were a mix of heartfelt and hilarious! Everyone cheered as the happy couple was announced as Mr. and Mrs. Diaz!

HOUSTON WEDDING RECEPTION

At cocktail hour, guests enjoyed passed appetizers and signature drinks named after the bride and groom’s two pups. (You have to keep scrolling to see the amazing groom’s cakes modeled after their pups as well. They were truly spectacular!) A string quartet played as guests mingled on the balcony that overlooked the reception space. When it was time to get the party started, Mr. and Mrs. Diaz made an energetic entrance into the reception where they shared their first dance. They wowed every with a choreographed dance that ended was an incredible sparkler finale! Shortly afterwards, LG Event Pro had everyone on the dance floor where they stayed the entire night! Guests also enjoyed an interactive photo booth and late night pizza as they night went on. Talk about a fun party!

It was an incredible celebration for the newlyweds, and it ended with Erica and Kevin running through streamers to their Rolls Royce getaway car. Mr. and Mrs. Diaz, it was an honor being a part of your fun filled wedding day! Wishing you all the love and happiness in the world as you continue your journey as husband and wife!
