All Saints Catholic Church and The Gallery | Lyndsey + Andy

ALL SAINTS CATHOLIC CHURCH CEREMONY

Lyndsey and Andy’s wedding took place in January at All Saints Catholic Church in Houston. On the day of their wedding, we saw a nice break in the cold weather. Everyone kept talking about how gorgeous it was outside! The girls got ready at the reception venue, The Gallery, and I loved taking photos in the courtyard area. It looked like we were in another country with all of the gorgeous architecture. One thing that stood out to me was how calm and peaceful the beginning of the day was. Everyone was relaxed and having a good time, and I even got to see a past KHP bride and familiar faces in the bridal party!

Once we arrived at the church, I was amazed at how beautiful it was. The church had high ceilings, a large dome, and an overall historic feel. After the ceremony concluded and Lyndsey and Andy were officially announced “Mr. and Mrs. Maul,” we took photos outside on the church steps. We lucked out with perfect lighting right before the sun set! I love how the bridal party’s navy and burgundy attire “pop” in the photos. It really was a perfect winter wedding!

RECEPTION AT THE GALLERY

The reception was held at The Gallery, and it started off with a cocktail hour featuring chips and salsa (yum!) and acoustic guitar played by Essen Entertainment. Lyndsey and Andy entered the reception to their First Dance song, and it was so much fun seeing everyone watch them dance from both floors of the venue. One of my favorite photos is of Lyndsey smiling up at the guests who were on the second story. After a mix of hilarious and heartfelt toasts, Lyndsey and Andy cut their cake AND fed each other donuts and ice cream. I have never seen an ice cream machine at a wedding before- such a fun idea!!

In keeping with the spirit of their wedding hashtag, #DeckTheMauls, Andy wore a sweater with an elf on it for the second half of the reception. Haha! I love how Lyndsey and Andy planned their celebration around the things and the people that they love, and they weren’t afraid to let their personalities shine through!

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Maul! I can’t wait to see what God has in store for the two of you, and I hope married life is the absolute sweetest adventure yet!

Lyndsey’s mom helping her get ready! = I love this photo of two of Lyndsey’s bridesmaids putting on her veil!  A six pence in her shoe for good luck! The STUNNING bridesmaids! Alex hung out with the guys all morning and took all of their portraits! Here comes the bride! Stunning shot taken by Alex up in the balcony!
So much joy throughout the ceremony! One of my favorites from the day!! How adorable are they together?! I loved their classic decor. These candlesticks are so pretty! Cocktail hour before the reception. Andy’s brothers had everyone cracking up with their childhood stories. Donut tower with a cake topper…literally! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Maul!!!
