Winter Farmhouse Wedding | Francesca + David

Francesca and David are married!! Their wedding took place at The Farmhouse in Montgomery, TX, on the most perfect winter day. I know Francesca from drill team in high school, so it was extra special being a part of her incredible wedding day. I took her bridal portraits a few weeks before the wedding, and it was so much fun seeing her in her perfect gown! Needless to say, I had been excitedly counting down the days until her wedding ever since!

With help from wedding planning team, Laced with Grace, everything was perfectly planned and decorated from the chandeliers dripping in greenery to the lush florals in the chapel. The bridesmaids wore emerald green dresses which added a fun pop of color to the wintry day. Francesca had her two sisters as her Maids of Honor, and she spent the day getting ready with all of the girls in the spacious Farmhouse bridal suite. Francesca’s mom helped her button up her dress before walking her downstairs to see her Dad. Their father-daughter First Look had Francesca beaming from ear to ear, and then she gave her parents the sweetest handkerchief gifts. (Definitely came in handy for the happy tears that day!)

Shortly after, Francesca and David exchanged letters without seeing each other. It gave them the chance to grab hands from either side of a corner and chat before the ceremony. It was easy to see they were both giddy with excitement to see each other at the altar! We took bridal party photos around the property utilizing the all-white patio and beautiful courtyard. Then, it was time to walk down the aisle!

HOUSTON WEDDING RECEPTION

The ceremony space was absolutely stunning with a wooden cross paired with tall floral centerpieces. The ceremony was the sweetest reminder of the importance of marriage, and everyone stood up and cheered when Francesca and David were announced as husband and wife!

I had the best time taking Francesca and David’s sunset portraits before we headed in for the reception. Their smiles definitely showed off their newlywed glow!! They made their Grand Entrance into the reception right after sunset and shared their First Dance in the middle of the room surrounded by candlelight. Cafe Natalie catered a delicious dinner that the guests enjoyed before listening to the toasts. All of the siblings shared meaningful (and hilarious!) toasts before the party got started on the dance floor! It was an energetic evening filled with glow sticks on the dance floor, and the night ended with Francesca and David sharing a private last dance. Guests waved sparklers outside to send off the newlyweds in style!

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Hyder! Your wedding was beautiful in every way, and it was such an honor being a part of your wedding and capturing your love for each other. We are so happy for you two!!
