Alyssa and Larry are officially Mr. and Mrs. Graves! Alex and I know Alyssa from high school, and it’s always such an honor when we can capture memories for our former classmates. I loved getting to know Alyssa and Larry during their wedding journey, and it seems like just yesterday I was capturing their engagement photos!

Alyssa and Larry are such a fun-loving couple, and their bohemian-chic wedding at White Oaks on the Bayou was absolutely perfect! Alyssa sported a long sleeve wedding gown and brand new pair of custom converse for the occasion, and Larry wore suspenders, a floral bow tie, and a boho hat. They had the perfect fall color palette of dark teal with pops of blush and burgundy. The indoor reception space had chandeliers adorned with greenery and the cutest geometric cake display!

When it was time for the ceremony, Alyssa and Larry said their vows underneath a gorgeous arbor covered in greenery. The rain held off so they could have their dream outdoor ceremony! Alyssa and Larry were smiling and giggling together throughout the ceremony, and Larry couldn’t help but raise his hat in excitement when he finally got to kiss his bride!

HOUSTON WEDDING RECEPTION

After the ceremony, we took some beautiful sunset photos all around the property. We started by the lake and made our way to the cutest outdoor swing for the final shots before making our way to the reception. Meanwhile, guests were enjoying an outdoor cocktail hour on the back patio underneath the twinkly lights.

The reception took place inside, and guests were greeted with the cutest take-home succulents at each seat. After Mr. and Mrs. Graves made their grand entrance, they shared special dances with their parents and even played the Shoe Game which had everyone cracking up!

When it was time for the open dance floor, guests were handed glow sticks and light up sunglasses! It was such a fun evening filled with live music, dancing, and of course, a special grand exit with sparklers!
