Mary and Bjorn’s winter wedding took place earlier this month, and it was a joyful occasion from beginning to end! Their ceremony took place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church followed by a reception at The Stella Hotel in Bryan, TX. The day was filled with meaningful moments, starting with Mary’s mom and sister helping her put on her stunning long-sleeved gown. The wedding party enjoyed a peaceful morning getting ready at The Stella, and Mary shared special moments with her bridesmaids, dad, and brother before the ceremony. Mary and Bjorn shared the sweetest First Look by the lake area, and we took beautiful outdoor portraits by the lake before traveling to the church.

Their ceremony took place at the original St. Mary’s Catholic Church which was filled with all of their closest friends and family members. Mary looked absolutely breathtaking as she walked down the aisle with her father, and I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room during that moment! It was a beautiful ceremony focused on the true sacrament of marriage, and I loved seeing all of Mary and Bjorn’s guests worship together and cheer for the new Mr. and Mrs. Thomson as they were announced as husband and wife!

After the ceremony, we took a few minutes to capture sunset bride and groom photos by the lake while guests enjoyed an outdoor cocktail hour. When it was time for the reception to begin, Mary and Bjorn made their grand entrance into the candlelit ballroom with huge smiles on their faces! Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed an energetic dance floor with light up cowboy hats and were surprised with homemade cookies (baked by Mary’s grandmother!) and late night breakfast tacos. The dance floor was filled all night as everyone celebrated the newlyweds! To end the perfect evening, Mary and Bjorn ran through a sea of sparklers before driving off in a decorated golf cart.

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Thomson! It was such a dream being a part of your wedding day, and we wish you all of there love and happiness in the world as you continue your journey as husband and wife!
