After many months of anticipation, Kellie and Colton are officially the new Mr. and Mrs. Asheim!! This sweet couple had so many curveballs thrown at them during the wedding planning process, so it was even sweeter when we could finally be together to celebrate! Kellie and Colton are such a joyful and fun couple, and their wedding day was a reflection of that!

After getting dressed, Kellie and Colton chose to do a First Look and read their vows aloud. They were both holding back tears and giggling through their vows as it started to lightly rain. It was like the set of a romantic movie! We took some bride and groom photos outside before finishing up bridal party photos in the spacious chapel. The chapel at The Carriage House is absolutely gorgeous- not too mention the perfect rainy day back up plan for portraits!

When it was time to walk down the aisle, the bridal party members each walked down the aisle with a yellow rose in remembrance of Kellie’s father. It was such a special tribute, and shortly afterwards, the barn doors opened and Kellie walked down the aisle with her sister! The ceremony was filled with love and laughter, and Kellie and Colton’s joy was evident when they were announced as Mr. and Mrs. Asheim!

HOUSTON WEDDING RECEPTION

When it was time for the party to get started, Kellie and Colton danced their way into the reception! They shared their First Dance before listening to some heartfelt and hilarious toasts by the Matron of Honor and Best Man. Shortly after, the dance floor opened, and it was packed all night! Kellie and Colton picked the best playlist for their wedding, including some One Direction, and other guest favorites. Needless to say, it was such a fun party! At the end of the night, the rain stopped, and Kellie and Colton danced to the last song of the night outside under twinkling lights. Moments later, they ran through a sea of sparklers to their Rolls Royce getaway car.

Mr. and Mrs. Asheim, it was such a joy being a part of your wedding celebration! It’s been so much fun getting to know you both, and I wish you all the best as you continue this exciting journey as husband and wife!
