We believe that you should have access to all of your wedding images and be able to share them with friends and family. We deliver high resolution, edited images that you are able to access and download from a password-protected online gallery. You will be able to view your images, download them directly to your computer at high resolution, and easily share them with friends and family. You also have the option to purchase prints and products, such as canvases, directly from your gallery. Our average turnaround for engagement and bridal sessions is 3-4 weeks, and our turnaround for weddings is 8-10 weeks. The best part? Your online gallery allows you to view your images the moment they are ready! And of course, we will send you sneak peeks after your wedding day as well!

If the Kati Hewitt Photography Wedding Experience is the right fit for you, you can move forward in the booking process by filling out the contact form below and letting us know which wedding collection best meets your needs. Then, we will schedule a virtual consultation and send you an online booking proposal. Once you are ready to reserve your date, you can sign your booking proposal and complete your 1/3 retainer. Your date will officially be booked once we receive those two items. Then you get to do a happy dance because you have a photographer for your special day! The remaining two-thirds of your invoice will be due one month before your wedding. You are welcome to pay online with a credit card with no additional fees, and we also accept checks.

This ensures that we have plenty of time for getting ready photos, bridal detail shots, bridesmaids and groomsmen photos, potential First Look photos, and decor photos before the start of the ceremony. We recommend finishing portraits at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony so you can relax while guests begin arriving! 8 hours of photography coverage usually spans from the tail-end of hair + makeup services until the Grand Exit of the reception depending on your overall wedding day timeline. While our Base Wedding Coverage starts at 8 hours, you may want to consider adding extra hours if you are having a longer ceremony or extended reception, or if your wedding requires travel between more than 2 venues.

Our goal is to artfully and strategically capture your wedding day using your unique personalities and the design aesthetic as our guide. Our portfolio showcases a wide range of weddings from black and white country clubs to colorful garden-inspired designs. We encourage you to carefully browse our portfolio to become familiar with how we capture details and decor, couples portraits (both posed and unposed), ceremonies, receptions, dance floor photos, etc.
