Houston Carriage House Wedding | Maggie + Brett

SUMMER CARRIAGE HOUSE WEDDING

After waiting a few more months than they originally planned, Maggie and Brett are officially Mr. and Mrs. Buckley!! I still remember taking their engagement photos last year (featuring their sweet pups!) and was so excited to see their adorable Save the Date photos displayed on their gift table. The date might have changed, but it was well worth the wait for this incredible celebration!

Maggie’s wedding dress was so stunning, and I love that she trusted me to move her into the chapel for her getting ready photos. It was the perfect place for Maggie’s mom and sister to help her get dressed. Just from spending the morning together, it was easy to see that Maggie shares such a special bond with her mom and sister, Sarah. Once she had her dress on, she did a bridesmaids reveal with her 9 bridesmaids (cue the squealing!!) and a First Look with her dad. Shortly after, it was time for Maggie to see her groom for the first time that day. Trust me when I say this was one of the sweetest First Looks ever, and Brett was overwhelmed with emotion when he saw his bride. Happy tears are just the best!

MONTGOMERY, TEXAS WEDDING

The chapel at The Carriage House is beautiful with shiplap walls and floor to ceiling windows. The chapel is a newer addition to the venue; I still remember my first wedding at the venue back in 2017 before there was a chapel. Needless to say, it’s the perfect place to say “I Do,” and it’s air conditioned which is a HUGE plus in July! The ceremony was so sweet, and Maggie and Brett were giggling together the whole time. Their excitement was contagious when they were announced as husband and wife!

My favorite part of the reception was listening to all of the heartfelt and hilarious toasts! Listening to the Father of the Bride and friends talk about Maggie and Brett’s relationship was so much fun. Everyone was cracking up the entire time as toasters shared about Maggie’s love for dogs and Brett’s dislike of paper napkins. Too funny! After the toasts, guests danced the night away with glow sticks until it was time for the sparkler Grand Exit.

Mr. and Mrs. Buckley, it was such an honor being a part of your wedding celebration! We wish you all of the love and happiness in the world!

The sweetest reaction to the FOB seeing Maggie in her dress! Maggie was laughing that she didn’t end up crying- Brett did! Haha! Maggie- oh my GOODNESSS! Beautiful!! Such a beautiful bride tribe! They’re married!! Introducing the Buckleys! The most beautiful dinner setting! Excitement level when your sister catches the bouquet! Brett hugging Maggie’s mom at the end of the night- too sweet!
