Brownstone Reserve Bridals

I was excited for Alyssa’s bridal portraits because it was my first time to visit her gorgeous venue, Brownstone Reserve. It’s a new wedding venue in College Station, TX, which is my home away from home ever since I graduated from Texas A&M. I had heard that the owner, Joey, was a photographer, so I knew the venue would be a photographer’s dream. I was definitely right! There are stone accents throughout the venue as well as a beautiful bridge and lots of greenery. I love outdoor portraits, so the sunset at the venue was my favorite part of the session.

Alyssa is such a sweet bride! We had classes together in college, so it was fun to be able to work together again in a totally different environment. I think my jaw dropped when I saw her in her dress because it looked like a dream on her! Her mom came along to help out during the session, and I snuck some glances at her tearing up as she watched her daughter walk around in her wedding dress. That’s another thing I love about bridal sessions- it makes the upcoming wedding seem really REAL for everyone who is involved. (Let the wedding countdown begin!!)
