BIG SKY BARN WINTER WEDDING

Jada and Beau were married at Big Sky Barn in Montgomery, Texas, and it was a beautiful winter wedding day! Jada and I went to the same high school, so I was excited to photograph her wedding and see some familiar faces in the bridal party! It was such a peaceful day, and everything was decorated to perfection with lush florals and maroon accents. The reception space had beautiful centerpieces on the tables, light up marquee letters on the dancefloor, and the cutest photo booth set up in the back. The cross in the chapel was adorned with flowers, and it made the perfect backdrop for their sunset ceremony. Needless to say, it was a dream wedding day from start to finish!

At the beginning of the day, Jada and Beau shared a First Look where they also read each other handwritten vows. It was the sweetest moment, and tears were shed as they read their letters aloud. I loved that they decided to see each other before the ceremony because it meant they got to spend more time together on their wedding day. We were also able to take extra natural light portraits all over the property before the ceremony began!

MONTGOMERY WEDDING RECEPTION

After Jada and Beau were announced husband and wife at the end of the ceremony, guests mingled outside under twinkly lights during cocktail hour. When it was time for the reception, guests were invited into the barn where they welcomed in the new Mr. and Mrs. Talley!

Once the party got started, the dance floor was packed all night, and guests wore glowsticks as they danced. The DJ played a mix of pop music and country, and I was impressed at all of the amazing two-steppers! I must say, one of the most hilarious moments of the night was the bouquet toss. You’ll have to keep scrolling to see who wanted the bouquet the most and whether or not they caught it- haha!
