Kelsey and Sean tied the knot at Arrowhead Hill, a beautiful wedding venue located in Montgomery, TX. The whole day was designed around the perfect fall palette and filled with special touches! A cold front came through Houston a few days before the wedding, so no one could believe how wonderful the weather was for the wedding day portraits and the tented cocktail hour.

The day started with the bridesmaids sipping on mimosas in the bridal suite and getting their hair and makeup done. Three adorable flower girls were running around anxious to put their dresses on; it was the cutest thing! Kelsey’s mom helped her slip into her perfect gown while the bridesmaids jokingly thanked the bride for not wearing Nike shorts down the aisle. Haha! Once Kelsey was dressed, she shared a First Look with her dad and opened a sweet gift from Sean. He gave her pearl earrings for her to wear that day!

Before the ceremony, Kelsey and Sean shared a First Look in the chapel. I loved witnessing their excitement as they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day! We took portraits in the stunning white chapel and around the property before having their bridal party join us. Before we knew it, it was time to line up for the ceremony! Kelsey had the biggest smile walking down the aisle with her dad, and the ceremony was absolutely gorgeous. Natural light poured in from the large overhead windows as Kelsey and Sean shared their vows and said “I do!”

HOUSTON WEDDING RECEPTION

Kelsey is passionate about fostering animals, so she had a surprise up her sleeve for all of the guests…puppies!! She teamed up with Operation Pets Alive who brought the most adorable pups to cocktail hour. Not only did guests have the opportunity to interact with the adoptable puppies, but they were also encouraged to support the local shelter- a cause near and dear to Kelsey and Sean! The tented cocktail hour featured live music, frozen cocktails, creative food stations, and even tequila shots. Talk about a fun start to the party!

After dinner, the dance floor was opened inside and guests were entertained by the incredible Blind Date Band! They had guests singing along to crowd favorites all night long! To end the night, adult guests sipped on boozy milkshakes and everyone enjoyed Whataburger honey butter chicken biscuits. The night literally went out with a bang after a balloon release and fireworks show!
