2K RESERVE WEDDING
Courtney and Nicholas’ wedding celebration was absolutely incredible! This sweet couple originally planned to get married in May of 2020, but the current climate pushed their wedding back to 2021. Needless to say, we were all over-the-moon excited for this sweet wedding day to arrive!!
Courtney and Nicholas’ wedding took place at 2K Reserve, a spacious venue nestled on a gorgeous property. The whole day was filled with special moments, ranging from Courtney’s First Look with her dad and her First Touch with Nicholas. Cue the happy tears! Courtney’s dress was absolutely stunning, and I was lucky enough to see her in it a few days prior at her bridal session. There was a hiccup with her dress alterations that resulted in her not having buttons on the back of her dress, but her grandmother saved the day with her sewing skills! Courtney paired a fun hair piece and long veil with her ballgown, and her bridal look was just perfect! On the day of the wedding, there was quite a bit of wind, but that just meant we didn’t need any extra assistance with the veil toss photos- haha!
After taking bridal party portraits outside, it was time for Courtney to walk down the aisle with her dad! The ceremony took place in a beautiful chapel that featured a wooden cross adorned with flowers. Greenery lined the aisles and light poured in from the windows which really set the scene for their elegant ceremony. After Courtney and Nicholas said their “I do’s,” Nicholas swept his bride off her feet with an amazing first kiss!
HEMPSTEAD WEDDING RECEPTION
After the ceremony, we took bride and groom portraits all around the property. There was an amazing sunset glow behind the venue which made their portraits sun filled and romantic! Soon after, it was time to get the real party started inside the reception space! Mr. and Mrs. LaFleur made their Grand Entrance into the reception and shared their First Dance together. Later in the evening, there were also some fun surprises like when Nicholas’ brother did a hilarious “bucket dance”…rumor has it that he lost a bet to Nicholas. Too funny! During the cake cutting, Nicholas had everyone cracking up when he grabbed a handful of cake and surprised Courtney with a giant bite! It was such a fun reception, and the dance floor was jam-packed all night long. To wrap up a perfect night, Courtney and Nicholas shared a private Last Dance before running through a sea of white confetti!
Mr. and Mrs. LaFleur, it has been such an honor capturing all of your wedding memories! Wishing you all of the love and happiness in the world as you continue your journey as husband and wife!
